At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your customer account and select the items from your recent order that you wish to return or exchange to generate your unique return ID.

Pack Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of horse hair or debris.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in our returns portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
